When organic food is certified, it means it has undergone a full fledged certification programme, under which the following steps are taken:
•Farmers and processors must keep detailed records of methods & materials used in growing or producing organic foods.
•A third party certifier annually inspects all methods and materials used. Our products are certified by SKAL International.
•The produce is analyzed to ensure complete absence of residues of agro - chemicals.
•There are labeling requirements and enforcement provisions. |
